Serco’s experience includes making Copenhagen Metro a success as the first operator of the system until 2007, and the recognition it has gained as operator of the world class driverless Docklands Light Railway in London. NedRailways brings experience in operating high quality bus and rail services in a number of European countries, and in maintaining and renewing metro and rail infrastructure, for example in Stockholm.
 

Serco-NedRailways will consult with the stakeholders and users of the metro to enable us to better understand how people in Copenhagen feel about the system and how it can be further developed.
